I’m the Creative Director at Palmetto, where I lead creative and social—owning how the brand shows up across marketing, product, and content. I led the creative direction for Palmetto’s company-wide rebrand, redefining our identity to make clean energy feel more accessible, human, and future-forward.

Working closely with our product team and an external agency, I drove:

  • The development and implementation of a scalable brand system, including photography, illustration, and content guidelines

  • A full website redesign shaped through UX writing, visual storytelling, and art direction

  • A comprehensive suite of rebranded assets, marketing materials, sales collateral, signage, templates, internal documents, and executive decks

  • The creative direction and content strategy for social, launching an educational, lifestyle-forward system that unified the brand across channels

I direct all social and influencer programs across organic and paid channels, writing, designing, and publishing work that drove +284% Instagram follower growth, 500K+ impressions, and +48% net-new LinkedIn followers post-rebrand.

I also concept, script, and produce brand, product, and executive content across video, animation, photography, and social, collaborating with lean internal teams and external studios to deliver high-impact storytelling.

Across the product and lifecycle experience, I defined the voice for app, web, and email, writing UX and narrative copy that brought clarity, warmth, and consistency to every touchpoint. I also lead the strategy, design, and copy for email marketing and partner closely on brand-led product initiatives to ensure cohesive experiences across the full customer journey.

Since the rebrand, we’ve significantly elevated engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube while building a stronger, more emotionally resonant brand.
