At Palmetto, I led the creative direction for a company-wide rebrand—redefining how the company shows up across every touchpoint, from digital product to marketing to social media. The goal was to build a brand that makes clean energy feel more accessible, human, and future-forward.

I partnered with our product team and an external brand agency to:

  • Develop and implement a scalable brand system, including photography, illustration, and content guidelines

  • Lead the redesign of our website, shaping a consumer-first experience through UX writing, visual storytelling, and art direction

  • Build internal brand resources, including branded templates, a creative request center, and a self-serve brand toolkit to enable consistency company-wide

  • Define the creative direction and content strategy for social media, resulting in a new content system that blends education, lifestyle, and product storytelling

I also lead social at Palmetto—driving strategy, design, and copy myself. Since launch, we’ve grown our LinkedIn following by over 40%, and significantly increased engagement across Instagram and Youtube channels. I also oversee email campaigns and brand-led product initiatives to ensure creative consistency and impact throughout the customer journey.
